These players were not picked initially as there were some exciting and more protective younger players that SLC wanted to try during this league. Although these 10 players are now included (due to the pressure from various quarters) more deserved younger players should be given priority during team selections. One clear example is playing Kamil Mishara (who is highly talented and supposed to be performing better than KJP and Minode Bhanuka as a LH opening batter). If SLC do not give the required guide lines for LPL team selections we will not develop the best 15 player squad for next years T20 WC.
