Chandimal will be taking over the gloves after sanga, but we need the mentality of sanga and mahela in the middle order who will be able to handle pressure very well. We need to groom them now or its too late(Referring to bringin in new players to fill thier positions).

We should start look at resting a few senior players and giving some new faces some continuous opportunity.

Like in the article i think Mahela needs to move down the order, Its not about winning every series, its about making new champion players to replace the retiring champions.

Kapu has been opening the batting at school level, so may be a bit unfair in sending low down the order now he has got serious competition in the middle order.
