It was only last year that our players were playing without being paid by our cricket board(even though they were paid after months).We have to appreciate that.I don’t think many players in the world would have done that.Also the media should highlight these facts and the blunders SLC board has made ,more than the negatives of the players..Our cricketers have earned the right to demand what they were demanding for…Its mostly due their talent,hard work and passion that SriLanka is doing well in cricket since about 1996.If there was a lot of money involved in the past ,Im sure even our past cricketers would have demanded for more things.Anyways our cricketers have proved that it means a lot for them to be playing cricket for SriLanka by agreeing to all terms in the contract willingly or unwillingly. well done to our cricketers and Sana boy too..
