Sanga is lucky, never was a
Sanga is lucky, never was a great ODI player, his stats are good simply due to his phenomenal last 2 years. Even in SL alone, Sanath, Aravinda, Mahela and Dilshan would come ahead of him as match winners in the ODI format.
Thiri should never have been
Thiri should never have been dropped from the T20 side, has performed under pressure and won SL many games in the format.
Does this mean he
Does this mean he intentionally took something? Yasir Shah was found after but has already been resolved, and it was so open. Why is this case all hush-hush
Very true, the likes of
Very true, the likes of Malinga and Thisara are a disgrace, calling them professional sportsmen is a joke.
Vaas is probably referring to the Thisara Perera incident, whatever said about Mahela/Sanga the disease of involving higher authorities(politicians) in cricketing decisions was started by these two.
Isnt this site supposed to be
Isnt this site supposed to be a Sri Lankan cricket fan site? Why all the homo(retard) promoting here.
Most Sri Lankans among all Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims and most others find homosexuality offensive and wrong. If you hold a different view keep it to your own self and share it on the right platform, this isnt one, is it Hilal?
its used to reduce the stress
its used to reduce the stress on the hands during fielding drills where you have to repeatedly catch the ball which doesnt happen in the match, reduces the risk of injury.

@Siri Sena, well said. I agree with you on Arnold, looks like commentating doesnt come naturally to him. His commentary style sounds very awkward.
How old is this writer? Talk
How old is this writer? Talk about creating issues out of nothing, nobody cares whether Sanga spoke or not. And it wasnt even his last ODI, just his last one in Sri Lanka.
@UC7 had you followed the
@UC7 had you followed the news, you would have known that Ashwin called that an experiment, he did chuck it on purpose just like Ajmal, Narine and Sachitra were doing it at that time. He never used that action after the Asia Cup. And Sachitra did have a terrible action when he was reported.
I am a cricket fan first, rules and laws are more important than any individual. If I was a first-class SL player, I would have hated to face Sachitra or any bowler who chucks. It good that the chucking menace has been taken care of.
yeah Rayudu does have a dodgy
yeah Rayudu does have a dodgy action but leave alone being a bowler, he is far from being in the Indian XI.
@UC7, thats some very strange drawings you have done on a ‘video clip’? it doesnt prove anything.
Chucking is meant to be extension or flexion along the elbow joint(its a hinge joint), the angle(not as extreme as your drawings) that is apparent along the radial side of his arm is just the natural anatomy of the human body, its visible when you stand with your arms on either side and palms facing forward. If anything at all, that video clip proves Ashwin having a very straight(in cricketing terms) arm.
